I can’t say enough How much of an experience it is to walk the streets during dusk watching all the local do it yourself iron chefs set up their street carts for the evening of food and fun. Just walking by each one, looking in and smelling, gets me anxious to go back again for seconds. Or was it thirds? Yes, I now eat every meal of my day from street vendors. A coffee in the morning, followed by some fresh local fruit and some nuts, mid-day some rice and vegetables. Then in the evening, whatever meets the eye. Here are some snaps of my walk today and eating out on the streets of Mae Sai, Thailand.
